The Stones continue to record and work out the final arrangement of “Sympathy For The Devil” at Olympic Sound Studios, with producer Jimmy Miller and engineer Glyn Johns. During this period, Robert F. Kennedy was assassinated in Los Angeles, prompting the Stones to change the lyric line “I shouted out who killed Kennedy” to “I shouted out who killed the Kennedys.”
